Noel Awendo is a NFPT certified first-class personal trainer with a B.A. in Sports Nutrition from Rusland College (U.K.) and a certificate in Fitness Training from Kenyatta University (Kenya).
He is also a qualified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from NSCA and a Corrective Exercise Specialist from NASM. His expertise includes Sports-specific training, resistance training, weight-loss, corrective exercise and rehabilitation.
For the past 15 years, Noel has competed as a professional bodybuilder, competing and winning national titles (Mr. Kenya Heavy weight champion) around the world.
As a professional with 20 years experience, he keeps abreast of changes in the fitness industry and educates himself in the latest training techniques.
With a unique combination of experience as a soccer player, an aerobics instructor and professional bodybuilder, Noel has the skills to accommodate a wide variety of fitness objectives.
